Riverhurst Ferry closes due to weather

The Riverhurst Ferry has closed operations due to the weather.

High wind gusts have made for unsafe operating conditions, closing the Lake Diefenbaker ferry crossing. 

Travellers are advised to check the Highway Hotline for ferry operation status for all ferry crossings. When the Riverhurst Ferry reopens, the hotline will have that information before anywhere else. 

The Highway Hotline also provides updates for all roads and highways for any major delays, detours, or dangers.
