Rosetown RCMP responded to a series of calls last week, including reports of threats, mischief and wildlife encounters in town.
On Aug. 30, officers received two separate complaints of uttering threats in Rosetown. One case resulted in charges, while in the other, police determined there were insufficient grounds for an arrest but remained on scene until arrangements were made.
Police also assisted with well-being checks on Aug. 29 and Sept. 2, including one call that led to an individual being taken to the hospital.
On Sept. 1, RCMP were called to a mischief complaint at a Rosetown residence but found insufficient evidence to proceed.
The next day, officers received a report of coyotes in Rosetown that had attacked dogs. Later that evening, they attended a business after a fraud complaint involving food and lodging. The individual involved was located, and no further action was required.
Alongside these calls, police issued 67 traffic-related charges and responded to three 911 misdials and two false alarm calls during the reporting period.
