The self-proclaimed "Queen of Canada" has made a statement after her recent release from custody in Swift Current.
Romana Didulo spoke on her social media platforms on her state of mind following her recent arrest and release.
"Many of you may be wondering how Queen Romana is doing," Didulo said. "Not even a quiver.
"I am, of course, busy preparing for the preliminary hearing."
She addressed the charges she is facing after the RCMP raid on the former Richmound School her "Kingdom of Canada" group was occupying.
"There was zero charges involving weapons because there never was any weapons involved to begin with," Didulo said. "Zero charges on weapons, zero weapons found during the raid. What I am accused of is intending to provoke a state of fear in order to impede the performance of duties."
She again referenced her objection to be charged under Canadian laws.
"I'm accused under the statutory law," Didulo added. "Remember, we operate under natural law, okay?"
Judge Alan Jacobson had expressed some reservations about Didulo rejecting the jurisdiction of court system during her bail hearing.
Didulo later stated that she would “reluctantly agree” to abide by her release conditions.
She must remain at a specified address in Regina, is not allowed to come within 50 kilometers of the Town of Richmound, and is not allowed to contact or refer online to Ricky Manz or any of the alleged victims in this case.
The short online statement never specifically referenced those individuals.
Didulo will be back in court on Wednesday to set a date for her trial's preliminary inquiry.
