Hundreds attend Last Cowboy Standing at Strathmore Ag Grounds

Over a dozen bullriders competed, but only one of them was the Last Cowboy Standing.

The annual event, hosted by Lazy P Rodeo Company, took place at the Strathmore Ag Grounds on Saturday (Sept. 20) afternoon, bringing hundreds of residents to watch the show.

With a sold-out show, the event was conquered three-for-three by British Columbia-based rider Auzyn Corr, who won the decoration of Last Cowboy Standing.

Other competitors took home cash prizes and custom belt buckles for bragging rights.

This was the fifth year that the event has been hosted in Strathmore.
