It was a big weekend for Fort Saskatchewan soccer.

Six teams competed in the City Finals, as they were in the top four teams in their tier. All but two then walked away with medals.

The U11 Boys (Bassett) won all three of their games in the tournament and took home gold. The U13 Girls (Thompson) also managed to go undefeated and take home first place.

The U11 Girls (Homeniuk) and U11 Girls (Oshust) both faced tough competition. With each team getting one win over the weekend, they both walked away with bronze medals.

Unfortunately, the U15 Boys (Smith) and U17 Boys (Weise) were unable to get a medal in the tournament, but both teams had a great season and worked hard to earn their place in the City Finals.

The indoor season has come to a close, though the U13 Girls are competing in the Slush Cup still and are going to provincials, along with the U15 Girls (Cockroft).
