Larry Lavergne
AUGUST 18, 1947 – FEBRUARY 21, 2022
Larry Lavergne, age 74, a resident of Kenora, Ontario passed away peacefully on Monday, February 21, 2022 at the Health Science Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
He was predeceased by his parents John and Bertha Lavergne, his spouse Mary Jane, his siblings Lloyd, Richard, Rolland, Gary, Wayne, Marg, Susie and Irene.
He is survived by his daughters Tammy and her husband Josh, Michelle and her husband Rick, Rebecca King and his son Kyle White, his granddaughters Cherish White, Kristy and Melissa. He is also survived by his sisters Joanne Crook, Antoinette Stefanik, Shirley Chandonnet and Harold Lavergne, as well as numerous friends and relatives too numerous to mention.
He was born in Kenora, Ontario and worked at Kenora Forest Products, his favourite past time was Bowling. He loved spending time with and being around his family. He was an extremely hard worker and often made mention that he never missed a day of work. He loved to eat and enjoyed meeting his sister Joanne every morning at Subway for breakfast.
The family would like to thank Shasha for all of her care and compassion, caring for Larry over the last several months.
A visitation for Larry will be held Sunday, February 27, 2022 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Brown Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 429 2nd Street South, Kenora, Ontario.
