It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the death of our beloved son Dante Tyce Jack Kent who passed tragically on March 17, 2022.
Dante was a very special soul who was very caring and was always there for his family and friends. He loved spending time with his Dad, they would either play catch or go fishing. He loved hanging out with his sisters, and nieces. Dante also enjoyed spending time with his bro’s Jake and Ronin Carpenter.
We are grateful Dante had such deep abiding friendships, he was an incredibly loving, kind teenager who looked out for others and got along with everyone he met. He leaves a huge hole in the hearts of his family and friends who were always entertained by his stories and hilarious sense of humor, he truly brought the life to the party.
We will deeply miss our handsome Angel who enriched and made our lives better with his presence. Dante was predeceased by his grandma Margaret Cameron, grandfathers Jack Kent and Elmer Fisher, auntie Karen Kent, great grandparents John and Eliza Fisher and Leo and Louise Smith.
Dante is survived by his parents Harvey Fisher and Jacqueline Kent, grandparents Harvey Smith, Helen Fisher, Rose Kelly, aunts and uncles Jermain Fisher (Athelia), Rina Fisher (Marcel), Michelle Fisher, Glen Kent (Cathy), Kelvin Kent (Barb), Jay Sr. (Josephine), James (Tonia), Jackie, aunties Audrey, Brenda, Sarah (Rob), Lisa (Jack), Penny, Stephanie and Susan, as well as many relatives and cousins too numerous to mention.
A wake service for Dante will be held Sunday, April 3, 2022 at 12:00 pm at Mizhakiiwetung Memorial School Gymnasium, Whitedog, Ontario. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at 11:00 am at Mizhakiiwetung Memorial School Gymnasium with burial to follow in Whitedog.
