The big Battle of Alberta bet is here!

As if the huge matchup between the Oilers and Flames wasn't big enough, now we've got extra skin in the game!

I called up Shayne Hill from our sister station Eagle 100.9 in Okotoks, hoping she would agree to a (not too) friendly wager.

The loser will find themselves at a major intersection in enemy clothing, professing their love for the opposing team.

On top of all the humiliation on the line, there will be game-by-game bets throughout the series too!

Game 1: If Calgary wins, I'll gift Shayne with a hundred of Mrs. Pautonnier's famous Morinville perogies. If Edmonton wins, Shayne will send me some delicious southern Alberta deer sausage.
