It was a flipping good time this morning at Market Square as part of the annual kick-off to Frontier Days with the W.W Smith Pancake Breakfast.
The annual fundraiser saw proceeds going towards the Canadian Mental Health Association Swift Current Branch.
Among the diners this morning was Swift Current Mayor Al Bridal who says the event was well attended.
"Like all citizens were just looking forward to having something we can go to. The pancake breakfast this morning has a great crowd already."
Mayor Bridal also shared some of the Frontier Days events taking place today.
"There is going to be the kiddies day parade today and the main parade on Friday. Also, the midway opens up today at 4 pm and everybody I've talked to is excited."
The annual burning of the brand also took place along with presentations of donations from "Jeans for Teens" for The Center.
The event was a great success that saw attendees leaving with full stomachs and happy.
