There has been plenty of player movement during the 2022 NHL Draft.

One of the biggest moves included Fort Saskatchewan's own Kirby Dach.

Dach was chosen by the Chicago Blackhawks as the third overall pick in the 2019 NHL Draft and racked up 59 points in 152 games over three seasons.

With the Blackhawks in a full rebuild, they decided to make a deal to ship Dach to the Montreal Canadiens in exchange for picks 13 and 66 in this year's draft.

Kirby's brother Colton remains with the Chicago organization.
