The Sask. RCMP has cancelled the Dangerous Person Alert issued in Langham, SK. The take shelter notice has been cancelled as well.
Police believe there is no further risk to public safety.
The RCMP is still asking the public to continue to report tips and information to the police, as the investigation is ongoing.
One person is confirmed dead after RCMP responded to a report of a shooting incident in Langham early Friday morning.
RCMP has confirmed that a person believed to be the suspect Justin Heimbecker was found dead inside a residence in Langham around 11:40 a.m. The residence had been on fire earlier in the day. Police have not confirmed the identity at this time.
The investigation remains ongoing and anyone with additional information is asked to call 911.
