Gas prices down: here's where you can find the cheapest in the area

Looking to find a deal at the pump? Here's where you can find the cheapest regular gasoline in the area. 

This list is accurate according to GasBuddy.com as of 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday (July 26). 

Fort Saskatchewan: 

• UFA: $1.398 per litre
• No Frills: $1.689 per litre
• Multiple others at $1.679 per litre

Sherwood Park: 

• Costco $1.449 per litre
• Multiple others at $1.699 per litre

Edmonton: 

• UFA: $1.349
• Costco: $1.449
• Multiple others at $1.559

UFA and Costco do require a membership. 

Alberta has the cheapest gas prices on average per litre in the country at $1.70 followed by Ontario at $1.74. 

The worst prices are in British Columbia at $1.968 and the Northwest Territories at $2.008.
