After two long years, the Valley Agricultural Society was able to host the Manitoba Stampede & Exhibition in Morris.
President of the Valley Ag Society Brian Wiebe said he was blown away by the number of people at this year's stampede.
He attributes the success to people being excited to attend a rodeo again.
"We've got a long-standing history of putting on a world-class event, and everyone just came out and really enjoyed themselves."
Wiebe said his highlight of the weekend was seeing so many people come into the community of Morris.
"To see that influx of people coming into town and spending their hard-earned money at our local businesses and of course at our event is a huge benefit to our area"
The Valley Ag Society is a not-for-profit organization noted Wiebe, saying they do their best to put o a world-class event and help out their community and surrounding area.
"I encourage you to come out in 2023, we'll be bigger and better again."
