The Fort Saskatchewan RCMP hopes the public can help identify a suspect.

On Aug. 15 at 6:45 a.m., Fort Saskatchewan RCMP responded to a burglary alarm at the Shoppers Drug Mart on Westpark Boulevard.

Police say the lone suspect broke in and took over $12,000 worth of designer fragrances, taking off seconds before police arrived.

The suspect is described as a man with a medium build, wearing a black hoodie with a distinct white logo on the back, a face covering and gloves.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Fort Saskatchewan RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
