Santa stopped by Fort Saskatchewan early this year!

On Saturday (Nov. 26), the Fort Saskatchewan and District Chamber of Commerce held its annual Santa Claus Parade.

Dozens of floats from various businesses and locals drove through downtown handing out candy to the thousands of kids along the way.

As the float's rode down the streets, elves collected letters to Santa before the appearance of Father Christmas himself.

This was the first parade since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2020, the parade was canceled, and in 2021 the chamber held a reverse parade where locals took a tour of stationary displays.
