One man was killed in a multi-vehicle collision on Highway 14 on Wednesday (Nov. 30) afternoon.
Strathcona County RCMP says they were called to a serious multi-vehicle collision just east of Range Road 205 at about 3:02 p.m.
Upon arriving, police say they discovered that a Dodge Ram travelling westbound collided head-on with a semi-truck travelling eastbound.
The 26-year-old man driving the Dodge Ram was transported to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The passenger, a 59-year-old man from Spruce Grove, was killed.
The man driving the semi-truck was sent to hospital with minor injuries.
Two other vehicles were damaged in the crash, but no injuries were sustained by those occupants.
The identity of the deceased has not been revealed.
