Tofield RCMP looking for stolen church bell

Tofield RCMP is looking for the public's help to identify a person involved in a theft late last month.

On January 22, police responded to reports of theft and mischief at the St. Mary's Ukrainian Church near Holden. When RCMP arrived, they discovered the building was damaged and the church bell was missing.

Security footage shows an older blue Dodge truck followed by a white SUV or van dragging the church bell behind.

Police are asking anyone with information to contact the Tofield RCMP or Crime Stoppers if they wish to remain anonymous.
