Local high school students took to the stage recently as the Swift Current Comprehensive High School hosted the Regional Drama Festival.
The high school submitted two productions to the festival My Brothers Gift and The Inexplicable Chaos Factor of Mia Gregory, both of which walked away with a number of awards.
Grade 11 student Mapalo Mushoriwa acted in one of the productions and explains the additional aspects of the festival in addition to performances.
We had adjudication and workshops to sort of tweak and look at what we could have done better or improved character work as well as a banquet.
