Highway 15 near Bruderheim has reopened after a collision between two tankers closed it down for most of Wednesday (Apr. 19).

The area of Highway 15 near Range Road 213 has fully reopened after a collision between two tanker trucks.  

The collision occurred early on Wednesday (Apr. 19) morning, resulting in fuel from both tankers leaking onto the highway. Crews worked hard to clean not only the wreckage but the spill as well. 

Just after 11 p.m., 511 Alberta reported that the work had been completed and that the area was completely reopened.

Despite the intense wreckage, no injuries were reported by RCMP.
