There is still a ton of fun to be had on the third day of Frontier Days here in Swift Current. 

FlapJack Friday Pancake Breakfast 

The second pancake breakfast of Frontier Days will be mixing batter and flipping pancakes at 7:00 a.m., at J&S Tire. All proceeds from the event will go to Ride for Dad. 

4-H Team Competitions and Group Entries 

The South and West gates of Kinetic Park will open at 8:00 a.m., in preparation for the 4-H Team Competitions and Group Entries at 9:00 a.m. in the Bernie Kemick Show Ring. 

Commercial Exhibits Tradeshow 

The North Gate will open to the public at noon, in conjunction with the Commercial Exhibits tradeshow located inside the Stockade.  

Featuring an array of vendors from Swift Current and the surrounding area, the tradeshow will remain open until 9:00 p.m. tonight. 

Mennonite Heritage Village and Doc’s Town Heritage Village 

Also at 12:00 p.m., the Mennonite Heritage Village will open its doors to the public and will remain open until 7:00 p.m., while Doc’s Town Heritage Village will open at 1:00 p.m., and stay open until 8:00 p.m. 

At 4:30 p.m., Doc's town will be hosting a home-cooked meal of roast beef for supper. 

Female Livestock Pen Show 

The Female Livestock pen show will begin at 12:00 p.m., in the Bernie Kemick Show Ring.  

West Coast Amusements Midway 

At 1:00 p.m., the rides and games on the Midway will open, providing tons of fun until 12:00 a.m. 

West Wing Gallery 

Visitors to the West Wing Gallery can enjoy a variety of art from artists from Swift Current and surrounding areas at 1:00 p.m., until 6:00 p.m. 

Flying Aces Pig Races 

The tiny athletes will be back in action today, sprinting around the track in the Family Fun Zone at 3:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m., and 6:30 p.m. 

iCulture Stage 

Located in Hansen Park, the iCulture Stage showcases a multitude of music and dancing from various cultural groups from southwest Saskatchewan. 

At 1:30 p.m., attendees will be treated to a performance from Nekaneet First Nation followed by a Colombian Traditional Dance at 3:30 p.m. 

Canadian Raptor Conservancy Show   

The Canadian Raptor Conservancy Show will be returning to the Palliser Pavillion at 4:00 p.m. 

Following shows will take place at 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., allowing individuals to get up close and personal with Canada’s birds of prey. 

Canadian Cowboys Association Rodeo 

The Canadian Cowboys Association Rodeo will start in the Magnus Newland Arena at all 5:00 p.m. 

Frontier City Racing Invitational 

At 7:00 p.m., the Swift current Stock Car Association will host the Frontier City Racing Invitational in the Grandstands at Kinetic Park.
