St. Albert RCMP is asking the public for help in identifying the people involved in three separate incidents last week.

The first incident took place on June 26 where two people, a man and a woman, were caught on camera placing material featuring anti-LGBTQ2S+ and anti-trans sentiment at the Joseph Demko School playground at about 8:20 p.m.

Just 15 minutes later, those same people were spotted placing similar material at the Murial Martin School playground in Deer Ridge.

"Anti-LGBTQ flyers and bookmarks are how [the material found] is being documented," said Constable MJ Burroughs with the St. Albert RCMP.

The two individuals were then seen leaving Joseph Demko School in a red Nissan Juke.

The male suspect is described as:

  • Camouflage shorts

The female suspect is described as:

Further, in a separate incident the very next morning, a red Ford F-350 crew cab truck was caught on surveillance video doing a burnout on a St. Albert Pride crosswalk near city hall.

The RCMP would like to identify the owner of the truck and the person seen hanging out the passenger window.

Only the passenger was seen on video and is described as:

  • Caucasian
  • Late teens, early 20’s
  • Blue t-shirt
  • Lighter short hair
