Ice cream is a favourite summertime treat, and the Humboldt and District Museum was the downtown distributor or Saturday. The Museum’s annual handmade ice cream day drew a great crowd for a scoop or two and some fun-time activities for the kids.

There were 143 happy attendees at the event. Young and old lined up for the icy treat and then stayed to visit some of the exhibits. The proceeds of the event are going to the Historic Water Tower re-painting project.
