The Humboldt Hammerheads took 34 swimmers to the Northern Finals last weekend in Nipawin, qualifying 30 of those participants to Provincial Finals taking place in Saskatoon July 29th & 30th in Saskatoon.
The Saskatoon Sharks are hosting Provincial Finals for the first time in their club's history, bringing 253 swimmers from 18 clubs across the province together. The clubs have spent the last 6 weeks participating in various races at different meets throughout the province to make it to this point.
After a successful season which started in Humboldt at the home meet on June 17, the Humboldt Hammerheads are closing out their competitive season this coming weekend. This is the finale of the summer season, with gold, silver and bronze medals available to be won in each individual event as well as relays.
