Excitement is building as the Swift Kinsman Club gear up to host a dodgeball tournament in partnership with Sask Dodgeball tomorrow.

The event promises to be a day of intense competition, camaraderie, and support for a charitable cause.

Brent Stetychyn, a member of the Swift Current Kinsman Club, elaborated on the event.

“We have nine teams in total right now,” he stated. “One from Edmonton, two from Regina and then the rest are from the Swift Current area.”

The tournament, which kicks off at 10:00 a.m., is open to the public and is free of charge, with an option to donate to Telemiracle.

Located at the Stockade, the event will be catered by Louie D’s. Additionally, a beer garden will open at 1:00 p.m.

The tournament will wrap up at 6:00 p.m. and will be followed by a cabaret explained Representative of the Swift Current Kinsman Club, Jory Meyer.

“The tournament wraps up around 6:00 p.m. and then in the evening at around 9:00 p.m., we're having a cabaret, so tickets are available at the door for $20 and there will be a DJ from Half Peeled Beats,” he concluded.
