The Moose Jaw Warriors are set to welcome 75 players next week for the team’s 2023 Training Camp.
This year’s training camp will feature 44 forwards, 23 defencemen and eight goaltenders battling for spots on the team’s roster.
The biggest group of players will be in the 2008 age group with 29 players getting their first taste of a Western Hockey League camp. There will be 13 players in the 2007 age group, 16 in 2006, nine in 2005, four in 2004, and four in 2003.
Saskatchewan is set to have the largest representation with 25 players from our home province, followed by Alberta with 23. There will be 17 players from Manitoba, six from British Columbia, and one each from Czechia, Slovakia, Colorado and Texas.
