Everyone enjoyed the magical combination of smoky broiled burgers and scribbly three-week old puppies on Friday at the Humboldt and District SPCA. The shelter held it’s open house and welcomed visitors for some food and to meet the adorable dogs and cats up for adoption. Soon, a littler of three-week-old lab cross pups will be set to find new homes.
The winner of the door prize donated by Prairie Flora was Doreen Grace.
Staff reports three new potential homes were found for animals at the Humboldt and District SPCA. Drop down during regular hours if you couldn’t make it last Friday to view all the animals available for adoption. The Humboldt and District SPCA is open for viewing from 1 – 4 pm throughout the week.
