Ponteix RCMP are currently responding to a report of a serious collision, south of Cadillac, on Highway 4.
Traffic is currently being diverted and Highway 4 is temporarily closed.
Police are currently on the scene.

Severe thunderstorm warnings echoed throughout the province last weekend, advising individuals to go indoors and seek shelter. One Saskatchewan resident, however, was doing the opposite.

Local thief discovered after leaving wallet at the scene
The Swift Current City RCMP had an interesting situation on their hands last weekend which began after receiving a call early Saturday morning regarding a theft.
At 8:12 a.m., a caller notified RCMP that he had caught a male going through his vehicle on the 1500 block of Memorial Drive.
Although the individual fled upon being caught, the caller was able to locate the male's wallet on the ground.

The public is being asked to keep an eye out for a silver Ford truck towing a stolen trailer by the Swift Current Rural RCMP.
The trailer is a black dump style and has Saskatchewan licence plate number 826 LNQ.
The vehicle is possibly headed westbound towards Maple Creek.

Swift Current real estate agent optimistic amongst interest increase
On Wednesday, The Bank of Canada raised its overnight rate by 25 basis points to 4.75 per cent, which is the first increase since hikes were paused back in January.
In relation to the housing market in Swift Current, Kelsey Adam, real estate agent for Century 21, said the increase could potentially be an asset.
“We have seen a little bit of a slower start to real estate sales for the beginning of the year, and I attribute some of that to interest rates going down because what was happening, was people were waiting to see how low they would go.
Lifeline tossed to aging Aquatic Center
As the seasons change in Swift Current, so do the pools, allowing for much-needed work to be completed on the Aquatic Centre roof.
Melissa Shaw, the general manager of cultural and aquatic services, explained that although some work was done previously, more work is now required.

With the town lacking a pool for the past three years, residents have come together to support the cause and ensure their community has a recreational facility to enjoy during the summer months.

A resident at The Meadows has taken it upon herself to raise funds for a much-needed van for the residents.
Inspired by her passion for crafting, Anita Penner has been selling diamond paintings, key chains, and plants to generate money for the cause.
Penner explained that having a van would provide residents of The Meadows with more freedom and a better quality of life.
Weather alert issued for the Southwest
Due to favourable conditions, Environment Canada has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for Swift Current, Herbert, Cabri, Kyle, and Lucky Lake.
Severe thunderstorms may be capable of producing strong wind gusts, large hail and heavy rain, which can cause property damage and injuries.
Intense lightning is probable with any thunderstorm, and severe thunderstorms are capable of producing tornadoes.
