Season 5 of The Chosen debuts in Canada in July on Prime Video
The release date for Season 5 of The Chosen has officially been announced.
The Chosen: Last Supper will premiere on Prime Video in the U.S. on June 15 and in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Sub-Saharan Africa, the UK, and Latin America in July.
The theatrical debut in March in the U.S. and April 11 internationally saw huge success, grossing $60 million and counting.

Lyall Allison, 93, of Winkler formerly of Roland, passed away Sunday, April 27th at Boundary Trails Health Centre. He is survived by 5 daughters, 1 sister, and their families. He was predeceased by his wife Lois.
The funeral service for Lyall Allison will be held Saturday, May 3rd at 2pm at Roland United church with burial at Fairview Cemetery, Roland.

Martha Gerbrandt, 95, of Manitou formerly of the Bergfeld area, passed away Monday, April 28th at Pembina Manitou Health Centre. She is survived by 3 daughters, 1 daughter-in-law, and their families. She was predeceased by her husband Frank, 1 son, and 1 granddaughter.
The funeral service for Martha Gerbrandt will be held Monday, May 5th at 2pm at St. Andrew’s United Church, Manitou with burial at Manitou Cemetery.
Viewing will be at the church prior to the service from 12:30 to 1:15pm.
Manitoba launches new task force to cut ER wait times and improve patient care
The Manitoba government is teaming up with front-line health-care workers to launch a new task force aimed at reducing emergency room wait times and improving patient safety in the emergency department.
Health, Seniors and Long-Term Care Minister Uzoma Asagwara announced Thursday that together with front-line health-care staff, they have formed a Lower Wait Time and System Improvement team and created a strategy to reduce blockages in the health care system and reduce patient wait times.
Christian artist and The Sons of Sunday singer Leeland temporarily silenced by vocal cord issues
Christian artist Leeland is under doctor's orders not to use his voice after a recent discovery.
On Thursday, the popular Christian singer, who is also a part of the all-star collective, The Sons of Sunday, announced that he has severe vocal cord irritation and a small polyp on his left vocal fold.
"The polyp is very, very small and could go away with just vocal rest, which is what I’m hoping for," said Leeland in a post on Instagram.
