"OUR GOD REIGNS": Jamie Kimmett gives thanks after surviving crash with 18-wheeler

Christian artist Jamie Kimmett is praising God after he miraculously survived a horrific-looking car crash last week.

The Scottish-born singer-songwriter who now calls the U.S.A. home was returning from a concert in Arkansas when he was struck by a semi. Kimmett was thrown from the vehicle and was airlifted to hospital.

Looking at pictures of his destroyed car you wouldn't be blamed for thinking he most likely passed away or was left with life-changing injures. However, Kimmett has now returned home with minimal injuries.

Mike Janzen: A deeper trust following a life-changing injury

A few years ago, Mike Janzen was approached by a good friend that asked him if he would be interested in writing some music based on the ancient prayers in the Psalms.

Although the idea interested him, at the time, he had a packed schedule and didn't know if he'd have the time to slow down enough to actually write.

Shortly after that discussion, he experienced a life-altering injury that flipped his world upside down and brought his career to an abrupt halt.

Mission Aviation Fellowship is conducting emergency medical flights and flying in aid. But since the roads aren’t a great option for transporting relief, the need is overwhelming.
