Calls renewed to check property for signs of Frances Gazeley

The RCMP are again asking residents of the Weyburn area to check their properties for signs of 77-year-old Frances Gazeley. 

Gazeley was last seen in the Weyburn area, and the last someone spoke with her was on December 7. The search, which has been underway since then, has been focused in areas close to Weyburn, including Ceylon, Bengough, Minton, and Colgate. 

Preparations underway for Oil & Gas Show

The Saskatchewan Oil and Gas Show is just under a month away. 

After last year’s edition of the biennial show was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, preparations are ramping up for this year’s edition. Over two hundred exhibitors have already signed up for this year, but Monica Osborn with the show said there is room for a few more. 

Electoral boundaries could be changing in Saskatchewan

Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe announced the appointment of the Constituency Boundaries Commission Thursday morning. The commission, which is appointed every 10 years, is done under the Constituency Boundaries Act. They are tasked with the redrawing of the provincial constituency boundaries to ensure every riding has roughly the same number of voters.
