Thelma Joan Marsh, at the age of 99 years passed away peacefully beside 4 daughters on June 29, 2025 @ Cambridge Manor in Calgary. Born December 18, 1925, raised by parents Jack & Esther Clayton, and Kathleen Clayton, she grew up in Swift Current with her 4 siblings Norma, Edna, Jack & Doris. After graduating high school she left for Winnipeg MB, where she trained for 3 yrs & received a Registered Nursing Diploma.

Rodney Funk, 82, of Horndean-Rosenheim area passed away Monday, July 7th at Boundary Trails Health Centre. He is survived by his wife Charlene, 1 sister, 1 brother, his mother-in-law, 1 brother-in-law, and their families.  
The funeral service for Rodney Funk will be held Monday, July 14th at 2pm at South Park Mennonite Brethren Church, Altona with burial at Rosenheim Cemetery. 
Viewing will be at Wiebe Funeral Home, Altona Sunday, July 13th from 1 to 9pm and at the church prior to the service.

Diane Wiens, 75, of Gardenton passed away Wednesday, July 9th at Bethesda Hospital. She is survived by her husband Dave, 3 daughters, 1 son, and their families.  
A memorial service for Diane Wiens will be held Wednesday, July 16th at 1pm at Birchwood Funeral Chapel. 
A come and go celebration of life will be held at Birchwood Funeral Chapel Tuesday, July 15th from 7 to 9pm.

Funeral Date: July 23, 2025 
Katharina Dyck nee Funk, 96, of Niverville passed away Thursday, July 3rd at Heritage Personal Care Home. She is survived by 2 daughters, 4 sons, 3 sisters, 3 brothers, and their families. She was predeceased by her husband Isaac, 1 sister and 5 brothers. 
A memorial service for Katharina Dyck nee Funk will be held Wednesday, July 23rd at 3pm at Birchwood Funeral Chapel with ash interment at a later date. 
Donations may be made to Niverville Foundation for the Handivan.

Don's family sadly announces his sudden passing in Estevan, Sask. on July 4, 2025 at the age of 75.

A celebration of Don's life will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2025 from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. (come and go) at the Wylie Mitchell Hall, Estevan, Sask.

Joseph Albert Byers, late of Weyburn, Saskatchewan, born October 8, 1948, passed away peacefully July 5, 2025 at the age of 76 years.

Joseph was predeceased by his parents, Lorne and Mabel Byers and his daughter Marlene.

Joseph will be forever loved and missed by his wife, Judy Byers of Weyburn, SK; daughter, Dawn Ricard of Sedley, SK; grandchildren, Kieran and Makena; son in law, Rick Ricard as well as many other relatives and friends.

Caroline Marie Saxon (nee Lukye)
August 2, 1954 – July 6, 2025
It is with deep sorrow and immeasurable love that we announce the passing of Caroline Saxon, a woman whose spirit, strength and zest for life touched all who knew her. Caroline departed this world surrounded by her loved ones, having lived every moment with courage, purpose and boundless love. She entered heaven on Sunday, July 6, 2025 after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 70 years.

The Celebration of Life Service for the late Frelan Saunders of Admiral will be held on Wednesday, July 16th at 2:00 p.m. from Salem Lutheran Church in Shaunavon with Pastor Linda Hall officiating. Interment for the late Frelan Saunders will take place at Admiral Cemetery at Admiral. Binkley’s Funeral Service of Shaunavon is in charge of the arrangements.

A celebration of life for Maureen will be held on Friday, July 25, 10:00 am at the Chapel of Saskatoon Funeral Home 338 4th Avenue North, Saskatoon, SK. A light lunch will follow.

Steve (Stefan) Zaremba, October 22nd, 1932 - March 30th, 2023 and Helen (Iliana, née: Andrei), May 7th, 1937 - May 21st, 2025; were predeceased by their son, Richard Wayne.
