Debbie Ann Anderson (Huffman)

Debbie Ann Anderson (Huffman), a loving and caring wife, mother and nana passed away at the age of 64 on October 9, 2024. 

Debbie is predeceased by her parents Rose and Cecil Huffman, siblings - Raymond Huffman and Faye Skipper, and in-laws Pat, Phyllis, Diane, Mary and Raymond.  

She will be dearly missed by her devoted husband Walt Anderson, daughters Raeanne (Jason) Duke and Erin Anderson, cherished granddaughters Carmel and Ellie, siblings Lynn and Wayne (Doreen), Walt's siblings, and many, many nieces and nephews.  

Kittelson, Darwin Leeol Carl

Darwin Leeol Carl Kittelson, late of Halbrite, SK passed away on October 6, 2024 at the age of 77 years. A Private Family Graveside will be held at Westphalia Cemetery, Midale, SK on October 18, 2024 with a luncheon following at Mainprize Manor. Charitable donation in memory of Darwin may be made to a charity of your choice.

Alton's family is devastated to announce his passing at St. Paul's Hospital in Saskatoon, Sask. on October 5, 2024 at the age of 39. The Wake will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. at the White Bear First Nations Community Hall. The traditional feast will commence at 12:00 noon on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at the same location, followed by the Funeral Service and giveaway. Interment will take place in the Bigstone Cemetery, White Bear First Nations.

At his request, there will be no public service, but a small family gathering will be held at a later date. At that time there will also be a celebration of life afterward for extended family and friends.

Christopher Bird, 47, of St. Jean-Baptiste passed away Tuesday, October 8th at Boundary Trails Health Centre. He is survived by his wife Jolene, parents Frank and Shirley Bird, 3 daughters, 2 sons, 1 sister, and their families. 
The celebration of life for Christopher Bird will be held Saturday, October 12th at 2pm at St. Jean-Baptiste Church with ash interment at the Parish Cemetery.

The funeral service for Linda Barkman will be held Saturday, October 12th at 2pm at Blumenort Community Church with burial at the church cemetery.

Nettie Friesen nee Derksen, 73, of Winkler formerly of Reinfeld, passed away Monday, October 7th at her residence. She is survived by 3 sons and their families. She was predeceased by her husband John, 1 daughter-in-law, and 1 brother. 
A memorial service for Nettie Friesen nee Derksen will be held Tuesday, October 15th at 2pm at Winkler EMMC with burial prior to the service at 12:30pm at Reinfeld Cemetery.
