Dr. Terry Kehler, DC, has been practicing in southeastern Manitoba for over 30 years. Originally combining his practice with that of Doctor Ken Doerksen, DC to create Steinbach Chiropractic Clinic in 1995. Kehler now leads the team at the revamped Steinbach Chiropractic Health & Wellness.
“We’ve had a lot of practitioners join our clinic over the years,” says Kehler. “And have decided that a more inclusive name change would reflect our multidisciplinary staff.”

A great ride for a great cause
2024 marks 55 years of communities raising funds and riding in support of Red Rock Bible Camp.
Red Rock’s annual fundraising Cyclathon on Saturday, June 1, starts in Steinbach, Landmark, and Winnipeg, including a stop for lunch at the halfway mark. The riders then head to Rennie, and from there, they are shuttled to camp for a special dinner and awards ceremony. The total distance of the Cyclathon is 125 kilometres, with an option for riders wanting a shorter distance to start from the halfway point.
Opening the door to possibilities
With their motto – any door, any size, anywhere – the team at Hanover Doors have seen it all when it comes to garage doors and door systems.
“We supply, install, and service residential garage door packages,” says Anders Toews, Sales Manager. “We also offer commercial services, commercial maintenance, and of course, complete packages for garage doors.”
Hanover residents have likely seen one of Hanover Doors’ many commercial projects – the Blumenort Fire Hall.
Summer in the City volunteers help put smiles on thousands of faces
Audrey Harder is known to many as the Board Chair of Summer in the City. However, she likes to point out that her near-decade of involvement with the event started as a volunteer face-painter.
“I started by volunteering in the kids area,” she recalls. “Then I was the Volunteer Coordinator for the kids area, and then I did face-painting. I’d spend entire days face-painting and absolutely loved it. And I became really good at it!”
Mini Golf in La Broquerie: “It's good easy fun for everybody!”
Everyone knows that golf season has officially opened, but it’s also mini golf and ice cream season at La Broquerie Golf!
Manager Pat Gauthier explains that mini golf is fairly new for them.
“Last year was our first full year of mini golf. Everyone can enjoy it – from the young, all the way to the young-at-heart. It's good easy fun for everybody.”
Gauthier and his team felt the town needed something more to do than baseball and golf – that’s when they decided to put in a mini golf course at La Broquerie Golf.
