Christian artist Leanna Crawford released a new single called 'Still Waters (Psalm 23)' which honours her great aunt's incredible faith that had a ripple effect throughout her life.

Crawford's story of coming to Christ involves her late aunt Maurine, of whom she sings in this track.

The Canadian Agriculture Human Resource Council released a report on a recent survey they held which looked at labour conditions in agriculture.

The survey included 609 employees from a total of 140 different agricultural organizations, looking across different levels of responsibility.

The survey found that across all roles, the weighted average and median hourly rate increased with each level of increased role responsibility.

On Sunday, May 26 around 6 pm, Grande Prairie Fire Department swiftly tackled a significant wildland fire at Crystal Lake Park. 

Initially, traffic was halted at 92 Street and 116 Avenue in both northbound and westbound directions, but normal flow has since resumed.

On May 1, 2024, the Grande Prairie RCMP swiftly responded to a reported break-in at a holiday trailer located in Webster, just North of Sexsmith. Among the stolen items were five firearms, which are yet to be recovered. Seeking the community's assistance, the Grande Prairie RCMP has issued a plea to help locate these missing firearms.

Danny Gokey is preparing to release a new album this summer. 

Sound of Heaven, which features eleven brand new songs, will be Gokey's fifth studio album.
