Adorable Adoptables is a brand new feature that will spotlight an amazing animal looking for their FURever home from the Cochrane and Area Humane Society.

Our very first four-legged guest is Squid the cat!

Squid isn’t your typical sea creature, he’s a landlubber at heart, ready to trade the deep ocean for the comforts of a loving home. 

Squid has a charm that’s impossible to resist. Beneath his reserved exterior lies a gentle and affectionate soul just waiting to shine.

Maple is a doll- she is sweet, working on house training, crate training, and leash manners.

She is a whole 8 weeks old and seeking a furever family.

Maple is a husky mix. She’s tiny and mighty!

Kirby is our sweet, gentle, social boy!

Good with dogs, cats and kids.

He is 8 weeks old, bully mix, and looking for his forever home!

Red is approx 3 years old, retriever mix, who lived as a resident stray in the northern part of Sask and was rescued by a group and transfer to us.

He was continually beat up by the dogs around him so he’s a little shy to start, but warms up fast.

He is wonderful with kids, and dogs. He is very interested in his foster cats and would best suit a cat free home we feel. He will need time to get used to living in a home, he’s a confident and friendly boy, but will need to learn to live in a house with people as his security as he is used to living in bales or on the run.

This handsome little beast is Chaz-

He is approx 8 weeks old, a bully breed mix.

Beautiful personality, friendly and cuddly.

He is quite mouthy so small kids would be a concern as he has sharp little teeth!

This tan beauty is 5 months old, lab/ husky mix, and loves kids and dogs,

She is working on being better housetrained, crate trained, had good manners so far for leashes and in the home:)

Roxy has a high drive for goats, chickens so we need to make sure she has a fenced yard.

He’s learning house manners, good with dogs, kids and cats.

Hersey is a sweet and kind boy.

He is 8 months old, neutered, vaccinated and great with dogs, kids and cats.

He is not to go to a home with chickens, as he loves them tooooo much. Sadly he needs to find a new furever home since he cannot leave them alone.

Orca is a collie mix, approx one year old, spayed and vaccinated.

She is easy going with her humans and super focused. So sweet and gentle, very well trained already in her young and rocky start to life.

Orca would make an amazing companion and acreage/farm dog. She’s young and super trainable!

She loves herding, agility and being apart of the family.
