Mei Xiang Li aged 90 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away on Tuesday, May 7th, 2024.  The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, May 16th, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home.  Celebrant Dave Foley will officiate and interment will take place at Rosedale Cemetery.  A Time of Visitation will proceed the service at 1:00 p.m. 

Brittany Grace Southwood

Brittany Grace Southwood, a beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, and aunt, passed away on Sunday, May 5th, 2024, at the age of 33 years.  Brittany made Tim and Stephanie Southwood parents for the first time on July 16th, 1990, in London, Ontario.

Brittany was a compassionate, kind, caring, gentle soul who brought smiles and laughter to those around her.  Brittany was known for her deep love of books, history, and writing stories. 

Ruby Geraldine Libby

Ruby Geraldine Libby (nee: Schmidt) of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, passed away peacefully on May 5, 2024 at the age of 94. She is survived by her husband Harvey, son Michael (Vivien), grandchildren Jessie and Jared, and great granddaughter Mackenzie. Predeceased by her son Maurice.

“Luverne” Mary Alice Luverne

Mary Alice Luverne Perkin “Luverne”, passed away peacefully with Shelly and Kenda by her side on April 29, 2024, at 89 years of age. Luverne was as stay at home mom until the children where all in school. She then took her hairdressing course in Regina and set up business in her home. Her next employment was at the Rouleau Bar. From there she was a baker at Notre Dame. Mom took a break from work when Ken passed away. She then went back to work with her daughter Lynda at Long Creek Golf Course in Avonlea.

Aage Jensen

Aage Jensen passed away on Sunday, May 5th, 2024, in Moose Jaw, SK.  Aage was born on May 15th, 1929, in his childhood home in Vinding, Denmark; immigrated to Alberta in 1957; and came to Moose Jaw in 1958.  He served one year in the Royal Danish Army and received his education and trades training in Denmark.  He belonged to the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Local 1 and was a member of St.

Michael Mochoruk

It is with heavy hearts that we announce that in the early morning hours of Tuesday, April 9th, 2024, Mr. Michael Mochoruk passed away peacefully, while at rest, at the age of 100 years.  Michael was born on a farm near Krydor, Saskatchewan, the eighth child in a family of thirteen children.

Michael married Isabel on September 29th, 1951, and they had three sons: Marvyn, Leonard, and Dale.

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Duncan Edward Arthur Watson.  On Monday, April 29th, 2024, Duncan passed away peacefully at his home in Moose Jaw, SK.

Duncan is survived by his wife of 58 years, Pat; sons, Keith and Cindy, and Ken; daughter, Sherri and Darcy; as well as his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, cousins, and many friends and neighbours.
