Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will kick off a three-day cabinet retreat in Halifax on Sunday, where the themes are fairness and Canada-U.S. relations, but the feelings are all about déjà vu.
A year ago in Charlottetown the cabinet hoped its annual post-summer retreat and the massive cabinet shuffle that preceded it would give new life to the Liberal government.
Spoiler alert: They did not.
Sunday is the last day for outdoor pool at Weyburn Leisure Centre
Those who enjoy swimming in the outdoor pool at the Weyburn Leisure Centre may want to get there once more this weekend, as tomorrow is the last day before it closes for the season.
Those who love the hot tub feature indoors at the facility will be able to look forward to its reopening on Monday, September 9th.
Registration for swimming lessons and all of the other fall and winter programming at the City of Weyburn's facilities will open up on Tuesday, September 10th.

One of Canada's most scenic highways has reopened as the wildfire in Jasper National Park continues to be held.
Jane Park, incident commander with Parks Canada, says Highway 93, also known as the Icefields Parkway, is now open to through traffic.
But she warns travellers must head straight through the mountain- and glacier-lined road without stopping.
She says there are no services available on the highway between the town of Jasper and the Icefields Discovery Centre and Saskatchewan River Crossing, a stretch of about 150 kilometres.

Rail union gives CN 72-hour strike notice, continuing rail stoppage
The ongoing rail conflict between members of the Teamster's Canada Rail Conference (TCRC), CPKC, and CN Rail has had another development as the union is planning a strike.
This morning the TCRC issued a 72-hour strike notice which detailed that they would be withdrawing work for 6500 members from CN Rail beginning on Monday.
The union previously issued strike notices for CPKC, which will have workers remain off the job pending an order from the Canada Industrial Relations Board.
