Changes on the way for Rocky View Schools ward boundaries next year
At today's Rocky View Schools Board of Trustees meeting, changes to the ward boundaries were made.
The Trustees were presented with four different options on how the boundaries could be changed, to work with the growing population within the division.

Residents from Elkton/Rugby, Westcott, Fallentimber, Bergen, Harmattan, and Westerdale participated in the vote to fill the vacant councillor position. A total of 349 ballots were cast, with Tiffany Nixon securing 191 votes, ahead of Sean LaBrie, who received 158.
To accommodate residents, the county organized advance voting opportunities on October 9 and 10 at Melvin Hall and Bergen Hall, respectively.
