Environment and Climate Change Canada has issued a fog advisory for areas of Central Alberta with patches of dense fog continuing this morning.

Conditions are expected to improve later this morning.

Travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility in some locations.

If visibility is reduced while driving, turn on your lights and maintain a safe following distance.

511 Alberta is reporting that highways in the area partly snow-covered with icy sections.
