It was a weekend of adrenaline-fuelled races in Swift Current, as engines could be heard across the City and dust was kicked up at the Swift Current Motor Speedway.
The Swift Current Stock Car Association held its season opener on Saturday evening, featuring hobbies, minis, and street stocks.
Broden Berg, number 37 hobby stock driver, shared that it was a great evening of good, clean racing and a fun event to get the season going.
Feature race winners included Brody Crowe in streets and Brianna Cook in the minis, while Tylor McGrath secured his first win in the hobby stocks.
The stands were lively with fans, families, and more as the races kicked off at the new Saturday start time of 6:00 p.m.
Stock car races will return on June 20 at 8:00 p.m. for an action-packed weekend.
