With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Jeanine Wiebe, a beloved mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, and friend, on February 16, 2025. Born on May 29, 1944, Jeanine lived a life filled with love, kindness, and laughter.

In her final years at Cypress House, and more recently at The Meadows, Jeanine became known as a true ray of sunshine. Her infectious humor and caring nature earned her endearing titles like “angel” and “incredible lady.” Always quick with a joke and a smile, she brightened the days of all who knew her.

The memorial service for Mr. Roger Tangen of Swift Current, Saskatchewan will be held on Thursday, February 20, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. from St. Olaf Lutheran Church.

The private family interment service for Mr. Roger Tangen will be held at Memory Gardens Cemetery.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Colette Marie Anderson, age 69, on February 10, 2025.

The family of Mr. Melvin Hallborg are deeply saddened to announce his passing at the age of 79 years old on Monday, February 10, 2025 at the Cypress Regional Hospital in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. At Melvin’s request, no formal service will take place at this time.

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Ken "Cuddles" James Kjelsberg of Swift Current, Saskatchewan. Ken passed away peacefully on February 2, 2025, at the Swift Current Hospital, with his loving wife Joanne by his side. He was 70 years old.

Ken was born in Kyle, Saskatchewan, in 1954 and spent his early years there, attending school until his graduation in 1973. From the moment he could walk, he was drawn to farming, mastering equipment by the age of 10 and developing a deep-rooted passion for the land.

In loving memory of Charlene Lindsay Holden, who tragically passed away January 24, 2025. We are comforted that Charlene was not alone and was with people who loved her and she loved. We are deeply saddened by the loss of Charlene’s fiancé Duncan Kerr and his mother Barb Chitrenia.

The family of Mr. Stanley Sartison invite you to join them for a Celebration of Life on Friday, February 7, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. from the Community Baptist Church in Swift Current, Saskatchewan with Pastor Joell Haugen officiating. The interment will follow the service at Mount Pleasant Burial Park.

Marlene Alice Payne age 81 years of Swift Current, Saskatchewan, passed away January 26, 2025 at The Meadows.

Marlene is survived by her partner Ken Peter; son Steve Payne (Dawn) and his children Tanner, Kylie; daughter Angela Barr (Bob) and their children James, Chris; daughter Lanette Payne and her children Dylan, Tyson; son Kelly Payne; sister’s Elsie Willock, Yvonne Dokken; great-grandson Norman Barr; and many nieces and nephews.
