Posts like this one, "My therapist asks 'What is wrong with you?' WAAAAAAY too often for someone who is paid to tell me what is wrong with me."
That same guy says, "I've been waiting for 35 years for them to fire me but they haven't...poor management skills if you ask me."
I can relate to this, "Thought I was losing weight but it turned out my sweatpants came untied."
On a related note, "I wish I was as fat as I was the first time I thought I was fat."

It is with profound sadness that the family of Bradley Woodley, aged 49 years of Moose Jaw, SK, announces his passing on Tuesday, July 8th, 2025.
Brad was born on June 25th, 1976 in Moose Jaw. He was a dedicated husband to Rhea, and a loving father to Ashton, Adyia, Jacob, and Malcolm. He was able to meet his first grandchild, Kinzlee, who had blessed our lives in May of 2025.
Canada adds surprise 83,000 jobs in June, driving unemployment rate down to 6.9%
Canada’s labour market topped expectations in June amid a surprise surge in hiring.
Statistics Canada said Friday that the unemployment rate dropped a tenth of a percentage point to 6.9 per cent in June as the economy added some 83,000 jobs.
The vast majority of those jobs were part-time, the agency said, with 47,000 positions added in the private sector.
A Reuters poll of economists heading into Friday’s release had expected the jobless rate would rise to 7.1 per cent in June as employment levels held flat.

They blew a 4-4 game wide-open with 8 runs in the 7th and the Moose Jaw Miller Express came away with a 19-5 win over the Mavericks in Medicine Hat last night. The Millers pounded the Mavericks pitchers for 23 hits including two home runs - one from Austin Gurney and another from Tanner DeGrazia. The Millers have tonight off. They'll play in Medicine Hat again tomorrow night.
Toronto Blue Jays had Thursday off. They'll play the Athletics in Sacramento tonight.
Disco in Denim: 2025 Festival of Trees launched
Dust off your cowboy boots and your disco ball — the Moose Jaw Health Foundation’s 2025 Festival of Trees was officially launched Thursday at JGL.
This year’s theme, Disco in Denim, combines the glam of disco with country charm. The Disco in Denim: Festival of Trees gala will take place Oct. 25.
Pure, LEGO-powered imagination on display during Brickspo at WDM, this July 26-27
The Western Development Museum in Moose Jaw is set to transform into a paradise for the imaginative creator types (and those who enjoy the artistic results), as Brickspo 2025 returns for its 14th year on Saturday, July 26 and Sunday, July 27, running 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days.
Organized in partnership with the Saskatchewan LEGO Users Group, Brickspo is one of the museum’s largest annual events and draws about 3,000 visitors over the weekend.
Fourth person charged in relation to body found near Grand Coulee
A fourth person has been charged by the Regina Police Service in connection to the death of 35-year-old Aron Lunan.
RCMP were called to a rural area near Grand Coulee on June 10 for a report of a dead body. The Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crimes Unit launched the initial suspicious death investigation. Through the investigation, the death was deemed a homicide and was turned over to the Regina Police Service because the cause originated within the City of Regina.
Lake Diefenbaker water levels low but not alarming, says WSA
Water levels at Lake Diefenbaker are lower than normal this summer, but not to a significant extent, according to the Water Security Agency.
The elevation of the lake is 553.51 metres, which is below the typical operating range due to low inflows so far in 2025.
NDP leadership to begin in September, new leader chosen no later than March 29
The NDP's leadership race to replace Jagmeet Singh will formally begin in September, with a six-month race to follow according to a rules framework adopted by the party's national council.
A new leader will be chosen no later than March 29, when the party holds its 2026 convention in Winnipeg.
An entry fee of $100,000 has been set for candidates to show their "organizational and fundraising capacity."
Debates and other leadership events hosted by the party will be streamed online in both official languages, according to the framework.
