Of course, aviation has a significant place in Moose Jaw’s history and our future, the Royal Canadian Air Force commemorating the anniversary of 100 years just recently, and the committee will have other celebrations planned throughout the year.

The Moose Jaw Warriors are looking for a win at the Hangar tonight against the Saskatoon Blades, with Game 3 of the WHL Eastern Conference final. The series deadlocked at one win apiece.

Tickets for tonight's game are Standing Room Only, with tickets for tomorrow's game also selling out fast. Puck drop for both games is 7 p.m., and you can catch all the action on Country 100 with the Voice of the Warriors, James Gallo, starting with the pregame show at 6:40 p.m.

It’s the last day of National Immunization Week and World Immunization Week.  

Dr. David Torr, a medical health officer with Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA), said that SHA wants to highlight the importance of vaccination in our communities, which has been waning in some areas. “There’s been changes over the last little while where people are more relaxed about immunizations and forgetting that we used to have a lot of these vaccine-preventable diseases before we had the vaccines.”

The got a split in Saskatoon and the Moose Jaw Warriors will be on home ice this week for games 3 and 4.

The Warriors took game one of the WHL Eastern Conference final 4-3 in overtime, but the Blades bounced back with a 3-2 overtime win in game two.

The Warriors are on home ice at the Moose Jaw Events Centre tomorrow and Wednesday for Games 3 and 4, with puck drop at 7 p.m. both days. It's standing room only tickets for Game 3, and seating is running out for Game 4.

On Monday the "I Want To Know What Love Is" contest was launched, with the choirs of Central Collegiate and Cornerstone Christan competing for the opportunity to sing LIVE on stage with Foreigner at the Moose Jaw Events Centre on May 13th, 2024 and receive $500 for their choir program!

Tonight's the night - the Moose Jaw Warriors face off against the Blades in Saskatoon for Game 1 of the WHL Eastern Conference Championship series.

The Warriors and Blades will then battle it out in Game 2 in Saskatoon tomorrow. Puck drop for both games is at 7 p.m., and if you're not headed to Saskatoon, you can catch all the action on Country 100 with Voice of the Warriors, James Gallo - pregame show starts at 6:40 p.m.

The Moose Jaw Warriors are gearing up for Friday night's game against the Blades in Saskatoon.

This series has a family rivalry, with Moose Jaw Warrior Atley Calvert facing off against his brother, Rowan who plays for the Blades.

Atley says it's been a dream to play for the Warriors. "I know my grandpa, he'd be real proud of me and my brother playing here, playing against each other for a chance to go to the final."

The Moose Jaw Warriors are looking forward to facing off against the Blades in Saskatoon this Friday and Saturday in the Western Hockey League Eastern Conference championship series.

Catch all the action on Country 100 this weekend. The Warriors and Blades will be back in Moose Jaw for Games 3 and 4 next Tuesday and Wednesday.
