Mrs. Stella Laughren, the beloved wife of the late Glen Laughren, passed away peacefully in Nanaimo on Saturday, August 24, 2024, at the age of 90 years, after a long battle with dementia.

She was predeceased by her husband, Glen, her parents, Daniel and Wanda Gyrlevich, in-laws Cecil & Marie Laughren, sister-in-law Eileen Laughren, uncle and aunt Joe & Emily Kossik and several very close friends and treasured pets.

Mary Johanna Paetkau, 82, of Morris passed away Monday, September 2nd at Red River Valley Lodge. She is survived by extended family members. She was predeceased by 1 sister, 1 brother, and her parents Abram and Helena Paetkau. 
The funeral service for Mary Johanna Paetkau will be held Friday, September 6th at 2pm at Lowe Farm Bergthaler Mennonite Church with burial at Lowe Farm Cemetery. 
Viewing will be at the church one hour prior to the service.

Hannah Irene Rehn

It is with great sadness the family of Hannah Irene Rehn announce her passing on August 29, 2024 at the Health Centre in Outlook, Saskatchewan at the age of 96.  Hannah was born in Aberdeen, Saskatchewan on September 3, 1927.  Hannah is survived by her children Rudy (Charlene), Brenda (Dean), Debbie (Howard), Cheryl (Arnold), her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and her brother Vic (Joan).  She is predeceased by her loving husband Rudy of 55 years, her parents Mary and Ambrose, and her brothers Frank, Len and Herb.  Hannah enjoyed spending time with her family especially in Cypress Hills

Richard Harrison

Richard Harrison passed away on August 31, 2024, with his daughter Arlene and grandson Richard by his side. Richard was a very loving man with a heart of gold who put a smile on the faces of everyone he met, everywhere he went. He will be sadly missed by his family.
