Katharina Penner nee Wiebe, 91, of Altona passed away Friday, March 28th at Altona Memorial Health Centre. She is survived by 2 daughters, 2 sons, and their families. She was predeceased by her husband Henry G. Penner, 1 daughter in infancy and 1 son.
The funeral service for Katharina Penner nee Wiebe will be held Sunday, April 6th at 2pm at Altona Sommerfeld Mennonite Church with burial prior to the service at Plum Coulee Cemetery.

Abe J. Driedger, 87, of Altona formerly of Rudnerweide, passed away Tuesday, March 25th at Boundary Trails Health Centre. He is survived by his wife Sarah (nee Friesen), their children Glenn (Marge) Driedger, and Jean (Ken) Friesen, as well as 5 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild. He was predeceased by his parents, 5 sisters, and 7 brothers.
The funeral service for Abe J. Driedger will be held Wednesday, April 2nd at 11am at Altona EMMC with burial at Rudnerweide Cemetery.

With heartfelt sorrow we announce that Thomas “Bruce” Little, formerly of Portage la Prairie, passed away in the early morning hours of March 16th, 2025 at the age of 53.
Born December, 29th, 1971, in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba, Bruce lived a very vibrant life, full of love, family, and friends. He touched many lives during his 53 years, and his spirit eternally lives on in the hearts of his loved ones.

It is with a broken heart we announce the passing of Sharon Anne Metz (Waletzky) of Moose Jaw, SK on the 13th of March 2025.
Sharon was born in Moose Jaw, the second child born to Lola and Jack Waletzky in 1949. She graduated high school in 1967 and shortly after began her 41-year career at the City of Moose Jaw. She married Daryl Metz in 1970 and gave birth to their only son Warren Metz in 1974.
