Three people treated for injuries following Sunday collision in Wetaskiwin
Three people were treated for non-life-threatening injuries following a two-vehicle collision that occurred Sunday in Wetaskiwin.
RCMP say a truck and SUV collided on 56 Ave. and 48 St. just before noon, causing one of the vehicles to end up on a front lawn.
Investigation revealed that one of the vehicles proceeded through a stop sign when it was unsafe to do so.
RCMP seeking assistance locating missing teen, believed to be in Wetaskiwin area
The Red Deer RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing 16-year-old Denzel Louis-Smallboy.
He was last seen on March 21, in Red Deer. He is believed to be in the Wetaskiwin area.
There is concern for his well-being.

Westman Central Wildcats hosting U15A provincials in Rimbey starting Thurs
The West Central Wildcats are preparing to host the U15A Hockey Alberta Provincials March 27 - 30 at the Vern Poffenroth Memorial Arena in Rimbey.
The opening ceremonies will take place at 3 p.m. Thursday afternoon with the first game at 4:15 p.m.
The tournament will include teams from across the province, including as far away as Grande Prairie.
Teams from the Central region include Red Deer, Airdrie, and the Westman Central Wildcats, who finished in third spot in their division this year.
City of Red Deer awarded $12 million in funding through Housing Accelerator Fund
The City of Red Deer has been awarded $12 million in funding through the Housing Accelerator Fund (HAF2) from the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC).
