Swift Current Online would like to congratulate our reporter Hayden Michaels and his new wife Jennifer Clace on their marriage.
The happy couple tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in front of friends on family on Friday in Saskatoon.
We'd like to take some credit for this beautiful day as Hayden and Jen met only after he moved to Swift Current to work in our newsroom.

School spirit shines at GVC’s Big Day

Dream team: Volunteers build 50 beds so kids can sleep tight
Fifty more children in Winnipeg will have a bed to call their own thanks to the efforts of Manitoba Blue Cross and local non-profit Sleep in Heavenly Peace (SHP).
According to a press release, Manitoba Blue Cross employee volunteers gathered at Blue Cross Park for the second year in a row to build 50 beds for children who don't have one.
