Carnie's Comments

I you'd have asked me a few years ago I would have said strawberries. I love them however, I can't eat them anymore.
It was a couple of years ago, after consuming more than my share, I broke out in a rash. It was alarming. After reviewing recent habits with my doctor, he concluded I was allergic to strawberries. This past weekend, I had an invite to go out and play disc golf. I have never played it before, but I have thrown a frisbee. it's the same thing, right?
Wrong. Disc golf is not frisbee toss. The discs are much heavier, and unbeknownst to me, there's more than one kind of disc. There are lighter ones for different distances, heavier ones etc. Well, having never played before, I was expecting nothing. Except for the expectation that I'd be amazing at it right away. Seems logical, right?
