To help meet the costs of running a senior hockey club, the Leroy Braves are currently holding an online auction.  

All the proceeds will go towards the Braves hockey team. 

Board member Bryce Moore says there are plenty of expenses that the team are responsible for.

The Variations Choir is wrapping up the season with two spring concerts next weekend, 'Connected Through the Decades'. 

With six successful events last year, the Weyburn Market on the Farm is back for the season, with the first event coming up May 3rd from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The album, released on April 4, 2025, offers a collection of nine uplifting tracks designed to inspire and promote mindfulness through positive affirmations and soothing melodies.

Steinbach and area residents are invited to sweeten up their Easter weekend by joining the Great Easter Egg Hunt at the Mennonite Heritage Village (MHV). 

Derek Williamson, the owner of Steinbach's A&W and an event sponsor, says the event offers a break between the hustle and bustle of festive meals.

Sunny celebrated April's Classroom of the Month with a trip to Miss Kallyn Michielsen Grade 2/3 class at Crestomere School in Crestomere on April 14.

The class was super excited to meet Sunny and was treated to lunch from Boston Pizza.

Each student also received a prize bag which was filled up with gifts from local sponsors, including some pretty cool sunglasses and T-shirts.

A round of questions for Sunny, some stories and fun, then it was hugs and high fives!
