On Monday morning, British Columbia Mounties confirmed that a 13-year-old that had previously gone missing earlier in the week was found safe.
Earlier, Houston RCMP had said that the girl had suddenly, left her home in Houston, located in Northwestern B.C., late in the evening on Thursday, February 15 in the company of her biological mother and a male friend of her mother.
It was believed the trio may have been travelling to Alberta from Houston, B.C.
